At Sunrise Behavioral Solutions, my mission is to support behavior analysts, organizations, and families through continuing education, quality assurance consulting, and professional training. My work focuses on strengthening clinical systems, improving supervision quality, and supporting ethical and effective Applied Behavior Analysis in real-world settings.

Sunrise Behavioral Solutions was founded by Heather Wiand, BCBA, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with nine years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, including clinical leadership and quality assurance roles. Her work has focused on improving documentation, supervision, and clinical systems while helping organizations deliver high-quality services.

I believe that strong clinical systems and ongoing professional development lead to better outcomes for clinicians, organizations, and the families they serve. Through education and consultation, my goal is to help make clinical practice clearer, more effective, and more sustainable.
