Intentional Implementation: The RBT’s Role in Providing Quality ABA
Quality ABA depends on thoughtful and consistent implementation at the session level. This PDU explores the role of Registered Behavior Technicians in providing high quality services through intentional program implementation, accurate data collection, and effective communication with supervisors. Participants will examine why understanding the purpose behind programs supports treatment fidelity, ethical practice, and better client outcomes, while remaining fully within the RBT scope of practice. This training emphasizes that RBTs are essential members of the clinical team whose day to day work directly impacts treatment quality and progress.
